Speed Clinic's Signature Youth Speed program is designed for the dedicated junior athlete who wants to dominate his or her competition. This program delivers the highest training stimulus and return on investment of time of all the Speed Clinic youth programs. Athletes benefit from two days per week of coaching over the course of a five week period to improve SPEED, AGILITY, STRENGTH, POWER and STAMINA. The addition of a nutritional information also gives the athlete a distinct advantage, developing knowledge of how to eat for athletic improvement and maximize recovery between training sessions.
